Artificial insemination is carried out after some ultrasound scans due to identify the most appropriate moment of the estrus, using the chilled or frozen semen of the world best stallions, which is checked under a microscope to verify the fertility.
Under the direction of Med Vet Dr Stefano Rissone, we carried out the following activities: artificial insemination with chilled or frozen semen, embryo transfer and preparation of the mares to the OPU-ICSI (ovum pick up). A large number of recipient mares are at your disposal, all of them are scanned regularly.

The ET technique involves the transfer of an embryo of 8/9 days of gestation from a donor mare into a recipient one. After 7/8 days more, the pregnancy diagnosis is performed on the recipient mare who will then carry on the pregnancy. So the donor mare can be able to continue her sport career or increase her offspring.
The OPU technique involves the collection of the donor mare’s oocytes using a rigid probe with a needle and an aspirator. These are than matured and inseminated with the semen of the selected stallion. After became embryos, they can be implanted in a recipient mare or being frozen.
We breed for ourselves and on behalf of other parties, we divide foals and young horses by age and sex, they live free and in herd as their nature requires to improve mentality, body shape and behavior at best.
One month before foaling, after 10 months of free gestation in the paddock, the pregnant mares are collected into the boxes. In order to prepare them in the best possible way, they are monitored and checked on a regularly by our veterinarians. At the time of foaling they are assisted thanks to the Foal Alerth system, which signals the onset of labor.
The newborn foal is checked in the first hours of life and then started on daily outings with the mother, first alone and then within other foals. Handle them in the first days of life, they soon learn to be led by hand.
Even weaning and detachment from mares is less traumatic living together and getting to know each other; foals force each other and the stressful moment passes more easily.
In the herds formed at the time of weaning the foals grow up with the most natural way, interspersed with moments of education and at the request of the owners of free jumping sessions.
After the monitoring of the eleventh months of gestation, we control the birth by the presence of a vet all day and night long and by the C6 birth control system.

Tooth filing, control of the passaport, vaccinations and deworming treatment, endoscopy of the gastro intestinal tract, endoscopy of the respiratory tract, aereosol treatment, every type of scan and x rays.
We use Bac Tecnologies machines to treat confirmed lesions or to prevent them, both for the sport horses and for the retired ones.
Under the supervision of our trainer Eric Louradour, we train our horses, from the youngster to the sports ones for national and international competition.

We didn't invent anything, we follow a classic European riding method that is highly respected and used in the United States. The principle of harmony, it is essential to MERGE with the saddle, respecting the mouth and back of our horses, accompanying their gait and seeking their natural balance. We live for horses, they are our teammates and we share dreams and goals with them.
From the first days of life, we approach the foals so that they can learn contact with humans in the best way and as quickly as possible. In the first 3 years they are regularly TRIMMED, handled and cleaned; on a sporting level we organize the free jumping session two or three times a year. Starting from 3 years of age, based on the subject's maturity, we proceed with the taming. We prefer a gentle approach, based on Horsemanship techniques, we immediately SEEK the natural balance of the horse and his attitudes.
We planned the riding of every horse and organized the flat work on the basis of the body, the performance required and the level of maturity of the single subject. On a weekly basis we work in different conditions: flat work, canter uphill, exercises, rope, walk by hand. For the good training of the athlete horse it is essential to have different types of grounds available, from grass with or without gradients to sand arena.
